Real Estate Associate Attorney (318/o)

Customer-centric and supportive full-service real estate law firm based in South Florida specializing in complex litigation cases and transactions is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team. The Associate will assist in the firm’s representation of lenders and servicers in real estate litigation cases, creditor bankruptcy matters, evictions and REO closings throughout the state of Florida.

The successful candidate must possess a Florida Bar License and have minimum 5 years of real estate and mortgage foreclosure experience. Experience in creditor bankruptcy and real estate closings a plus. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn. The associate will prepare all pleadings including complaints, motions, affidavits and judgments as well as contested files including depositions, discovery, hearing coverage and trials. This is a full time position and allows for a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of two full days in the firms Boca Raton, FL office.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Florida Bar license in good standing
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney with experience in mortgage foreclosure as well. Experience in creditor bankruptcy and real estate closings a plus.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
