Our client is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate practice. In this role, you will work on complex real estate and real estate finance matters representing property owners and investors, including transactions involving institutional lenders, private equity firms, and developers across multiple asset classes. Qualified candidates should be comfortable drafting and negotiating core transaction documents and managing matters from inception through closing and post-closing.The ideal candidate will have:3-8years of experience representing lenders or borrowers in sophisticated real estate debt and related transactionsExperience with one or more of the following: acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, construction financings, refinancings and loan modifications, joint ventures and other equity arrangementsStrong academic credentials and prior law firm experienceExcellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with ambition, initiative, and a collaborative mindset who is eager to contribute to and grow with a national real estate practice.
