A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, investors, private equity sponsors, lenders, and institutional clients in sophisticated real estate transactions.
• 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, secured financings, and development transactions preferred
• Experience working on real estate fund formations, infrastructure projects, or privatization transactions is a plus
• Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, sponsors, or institutional clients
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage transactions and work directly with clients
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted
