A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for developers, investors, lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients across a broad range of asset classes.

The Role

• Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Real estate financing transactions
• Development and construction-related transactions
• Joint venture structuring and negotiations
• Commercial leasing matters
• Real estate due diligence and transaction management
• Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
• Direct client interaction and substantive transactional responsibility
• Collaboration with a sophisticated national real estate team

Ideal Background

• Approximately 3–6 years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing transactions strongly preferred
• Experience representing developers, institutional investors, lenders, REITs, or private equity sponsors is a plus
• Strong drafting experience involving purchase agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and lease documentation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted in Texas

Compensation

Expected compensation ranges from approximately $240,000 – $350,000+ depending on class year, experience, and overall qualifications.
