As an Am Law 50 firm handling sophisticated matters at the local, national, and increasingly global level, this is an exciting opportunity to join a practice and the firm at the leading edge of the market. This position is open in the Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, and Bellevue offices.Practice & ResponsibilitiesOur Real Estate practice represents national and global clients in complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, real estate finance, and portfolio management across a wide range of asset classes. Our work focuses on core and emerging assets such as:officeindustrialretailhospitalityreal estate financeCMBS work outsdevelopment work for mixed‑use and emerging asset typesdata center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitionslarge, multi‑site portfolios for corporate and technology clientsWe routinely work across offices and collaborate with colleagues nationwide to deliver coordinated, practical solutions at scale.QualificationsMinimum of one year of transactional real estate experience.Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to take responsibility for projects and help with a wide range of fast‑moving transactions and large portfolios.Proactive mindset that anticipates issues, structures solutions, and delivers precise work product.Collaborative, responsive, and relationship‑driven with a genuine interest in client service and team‑based practice.BenefitsThis position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
