As an Am Law 50 firm handling sophisticated matters at the local, national, and increasingly global level, this is an exciting opportunity to join a practice and the firm at the leading edge of the market. This position is open in the Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, and Bellevue offices.Our Real Estate & Land Use practice represents national and global clients in complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, real estate finance, and portfolio management across a wide range of asset classes. Our work focuses on core and emerging assets such as:officeindustrialretailhospitalityreal estate financeCMBS work outsdevelopment work for mixed‑use and emerging asset types (including an active and growing data center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions)large, multi‑site portfolios for some of the world's most well‑known corporate and technology companiesWe routinely work across offices and collaborate with colleagues nationwide to deliver coordinated, practical solutions at scale.A minimum of one year of transactional real estate experience is required. The successful candidate will draft carefully and analytically, take responsibility for projects, be organized, and exercise and help with a wide range of fast‑moving transactions and large portfolios.
