We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Real Estate Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.

Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of real estate law experience to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements
• Provide counsel to clients on various aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, financing, and development
• Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm's practice areas and industries

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate and financing transactions
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school
• Active membership in the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where you are admitted to practice
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and laws
• Strong academic credentials and a record of achievement
