A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• 2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and joint venture transactions preferred
• Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, REITs, private equity sponsors, or institutional clients
• Experience reviewing title, survey, zoning, and other due diligence materials
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and other real estate transaction documents
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage transactions and work directly with clients
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Minnesota bar admission required or ability to become admitted
