URGENTLY SEEKING –Real Estate Associate Attorney – Pittsburgh, PA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with at least 1 year of relevant transactional experience to join our Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Acquisitions and dispositions
  • Commercial leasing (retail, office, industrial/flex), landlord or tenant side
  • Financing transactions (debt and/or equity)
  • Development matters (zoning, land use, entitlements, tax abatements, development agreements, declarations/CC&Rs, etc.)
  • Title and survey review/process management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for commercial real estate transactions, 
  • including:
    • Purchase and sale agreementsLease agreements
    • Loan documents
    • Operating agreements
    • Ancillary transaction documents
    • Conduct and manage due diligence for real estate acquisitions, sales, and financings
    • Oversee transaction timelines and closing processes
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and achieve their objectives

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Client-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
