Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required
Minimum 3 years of real estate law experience
Strong transactional, drafting, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
