A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, or Dallas.
Ideal Candidate:
• 3+ years of broad transactional real estate experience
• Experience with purchase & sale agreements
• Development agreements
• Property management agreements
• Leasing agreements
• Joint venture experience preferred
• Borrower-side financing experience preferred
• Fund experience preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate complex matters efficiently and effectively
• Strong team orientation and interest in contributing to the growth of a national practice
