Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and opportunities
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings
  • Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms
  • Maintain and update client databases and property listings using CRM software
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Qualifications
  • Valid real estate license in the state of California
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required
