Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
A bit about us:Our client is a full-service Pennsylvania law firm with a well-established, actively growing commercial real
estate practice serving investors, developers, business owners, and lenders across the Lehigh Valley and
surrounding region. We're busy, we're collaborative across practice groups, and we hire people who
want to build long-term client relationships rather than churn through files.
Why join us?- Real deal ownership — you'll run transactions from initial structuring through closing, not just draft
the pieces someone else assembles.
- Direct contact with investors, developers, lenders, and title companies from day one.
- A genuinely collaborative practice group with attorneys across corporate, tax, environmental, and
litigation who work matters together rather than in silos.
- Competitive salary with a clear path to take on increasing responsibility as the practice grows.
- An expanding client base across Pennsylvania — this is a build-out seat, not a maintenance seat.
Job DetailsYou'll handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters — acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, and development projects — drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents; running title, survey, and zoning due diligence; and working directly with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to close deals.
Must Haves:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience handling commercial real estate transactions — acquisitions,
dispositions, leasing, financing, and due diligence.
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission (non-negotiable).
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the judgment to manage multiple matters
independently.
