McNamee Hosea seeks an experienced Attorney to join its Corporate and Commercial Real Estate practice. The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of substantive experience in the Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Financial Transactional area, including experience in lender transaction representation.REQUIREMENTSJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.5+ years experience in Commercial Real Estate and Business Law.Candidate must be in good standing and admitted to the Maryland Bar (D.C. and VA Bar is a plus).Excellent communication, negotiation skills and superior client-service orientation.SALARY RANGE$125,000+ depending on experience.
