This opportunity offers exposure to complex, high-value real estate transactions involving developers, investors, lenders, operators, and other sophisticated stakeholders across a broad range of asset classes.

The position is ideal for an attorney looking to accelerate their transactional practice through meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and participation in some of the region's most significant real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions
• Support acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
• Assist with debt and equity financing transactions
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and ancillary agreements
• Structure and negotiate joint venture arrangements
• Participate in development, redevelopment, and mixed-use projects
