The firm handles both general partner and limited partner representations, offering strategic counsel on operations and investment matters. Services cover the full lifecycle of real estate deals: purchase and sale agreements, construction and design contracts, financing arrangements, title and escrow, entity formation, lease drafting and negotiation across all property types, mechanic's lien issues, and 1031 exchanges.

The team has deep experience in complex acquisitions, sales, exchanges, and development projects, including work involving planning and zoning, environmental considerations, construction contracts, and professional service agreements. Qualifications

Candidates should hold an active California bar license and have 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate transactional work, ideally at a law firm with a sophisticated commercial practice. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple matters with minimal oversight. Familiarity with commercial leasing, acquisition and disposition transactions, and financing structures is preferred. Candidates with exposure to entity formation, 1031 exchanges, or development matters will stand out.
