Real Estate Attorney

NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a confidential law firm client to identify a Real Estate Associate Attorney for its Fort Worth office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney early in their career who is looking to build experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions while working closely with experienced legal professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including leases and purchase/sale documents
• Assist with transaction management, due diligence, and closing activities
• Review title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar admission 
• 1-3 years of commercial real estate legal experience
• Experience preparing commercial leases and purchase/sale agreements
• Familiarity with title and survey review
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
