This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with commercial real estate experience, particularly in leasing transactions, who is looking to join a collaborative practice handling a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements and related real estate documents
Support purchase and sale transactions, including due diligence and closing activities
Review title commitments, surveys, and other property-related documentation
Collaborate with attorneys and clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar admission
3+ years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm
Substantive experience with commercial leasing, plus experience with purchase and sale agreements and title and survey review
Excellent drafting, analytical, negotiation, and client communication skills
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team
