Our client, a growing firm in Orange County, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.

With a reasonable billable target and multiple bonus structures, this role pairs high-quality work with real earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements
• Review title and survey matters and manage due diligence
• Close commercial purchase and sale transactions
• Work as part of a team while handling significant individual responsibility
• Serve high-quality clients across a range of industries

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong background in title and survey review and in closing purchase and sale transactions
• Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
• A genuine interest in learning and growing your practice
