Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with 3 + years of experience in both commercial and residential transactions to join a growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on high-quality legal services and client success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing
• Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents
• Negotiate and draft commercial loan documents for real estate finance and related transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
• Represent clients in negotiations and closings
• Handle commercial leasing matters

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record
• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• 3+ years of experience in real estate law, focusing on transactional work
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
