Location: Primarily in-office in New York's Hudson Valley, with limited flexibility available in certain circumstances. We prefer local candidates who enjoy collaborating closely with clients and colleagues.
Note: Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York and have at least 3 years of real estate law experience. Commercial real estate transaction experience is highly desirable.

Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related real estate documents.
- Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
- Conduct title and survey review and perform due diligence.
- Advise clients regarding zoning, land use, development, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and closings.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, developers, brokers, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing practical legal guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver outstanding client service.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active New York bar admission.
- 3+ years of real estate law experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Commercial real estate transaction experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
