Salary: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 Annually, Plus BonusesFull-time, Onsite, 5 Days a WeekPerks and Benefits 401(k) PlanGenerous Paid Time OffAbout The Law Firm An established and reputable law firm with a strong presence in real estate law is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join our growing Real Estate Department. This is an immediate opening offering a dynamic work environment, professional growth opportunities, and exposure to both residential and commercial real estate matters.Key Responsibilities Contract Review & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts for residential and commercial transactions.Title Review & Clearance: Conduct thorough title examinations, identify and resolve title issues, and coordinate with title companies to ensure timely clearance.Closings: Schedule, prepare for, and attend closings; represent buyers and sellers throughout all phases of the transaction.Deed Transfers & ACRIS Preparation: Prepare and file deeds and related documents via ACRIS and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Lender Representation: Represent financial institutions in connection with loan transactions, including preparation of Closing Disclosures (CDs), recognition agreements, and UCC filings.Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, brokers, lenders, and other involved parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the New York State Bar (required).Minimum of 3+ years of relevant real estate law experience, with substantial exposure to both residential and commercial transactions.Strong knowledge of title, contract law, and closing procedures.Excellent negotiation, drafting, and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple files efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
