What You'll Do:
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and loan documents.
- Work directly with clients in a transactional real estate environment, providing legal counsel and strategy.
- Advise clients on real estate investments, sale-leasebacks, and tax strategies.
- Provide guidance on real estate financing, lending, and real estate transactions.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Strong experience with leasing, real estate transactions, and negotiations.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
