| Job Description |
What you will be doing:- Manage and expand an existing portable book of business (minimum $500K required)
- Serve as lead counsel on complex real estate matters and transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive continued revenue growth
- Collaborate with other partners and practice groups across offices
- Provide strategic legal advice on leasing, transactions, and real estate disputes
- Support firm growth initiatives through business development efforts
Experience you will need:- Current Partner-level attorney with an established practice
- Minimum $500K portable book of business (required)
- Industrial leasing (New Jersey focus required)
- Commercial real estate transactions
- NYC condo/co-op law (litigation experience preferred)
- Proven track record of client development and revenue generation
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Licensed and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
