Job Details

This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay close to the business side of real estate while working in a practice that blends transactional work with broader commercial and industry-specific issues.

What you’ll be doing:

Handle a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Draft and negotiate key deal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and related contracts
Support and manage due diligence efforts, including title, survey, and risk analysis
Advise clients across real estate and related commercial matters, often tied to construction or development projects
Work directly with clients, including developers, contractors, and business owners, to move transactions forward
Collaborate with litigation and construction teams when matters overlap with disputes or project-related issues

What they’re looking for:

5+ years of experience focused on commercial real estate transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle deals independently
Experience working with clients in real estate development, construction, or commercial business environments
Comfortable managing multiple active matters and timelines
Practical, business-minded approach to problem solving
Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
