This opportunity flexible remote or hybrid arrangements available across several western U.S. markets.About the OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney who enjoys working on sophisticated real estate transactions and taking ownership of deals from inception through closing. The role offers direct collaboration with experienced practitioners and exposure to a wide range of commercial real estate matters involving lenders, investors, and developers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support real estate acquisition and financing transactions from start to finishCoordinate all aspects of closings, including title and survey review, escrow coordination, and execution logisticsReview and analyze loan agreements and related financing documentsDraft and negotiate real estate documents, including:Purchase and sale agreementsEasements and related use agreementsCommercial leasesAssist with entity formation and transaction structuringServe as a key point of contact among clients, lenders, title companies, and other deal participantsSupport the full transaction lifecycle, including post-closing mattersQualifications2–4 years of experience in real estate transactions and/or commercial financeStrong familiarity with closing real estate acquisitions and financing dealsExperience reviewing and drafting loan and transactional documentsWorking knowledge of title and survey review processesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions independentlyBar AdmissionAdmission to at least one U.S. state bar required (preferably in a western U.S. jurisdiction)Candidates licensed in certain jurisdictions may be required to reside outside specific statesCompensation & FlexibilityCompensation up to approximately $180,000, depending on experienceFlexible work options, including remote and hybrid schedulesWhy This RoleWork on high-quality, complex real estate transactionsJoin a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environmentGain meaningful responsibility and client exposure#J-18808-Ljbffr
