Naples, Florida 

A highly respected and established law firm in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join and help expand its growing practice. This is a senior-level opportunity designed for an attorney who wants to play a key role in shaping the future of the real estate group, with a clear path toward increased leadership responsibility and potential succession planning opportunities.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will bring strong transactional experience, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex real estate matters while contributing to the long-term growth and direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Handle a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions (strong emphasis on commercial work)
️ Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
️ Conduct detailed due diligence, including title and survey review
️ Advise clients on structuring transactions, risk mitigation, and compliance matters
️ Collaborate with senior leadership to expand and strengthen the real estate practice
️ Contribute to client development and long-term practice growth
️ Support mentorship and team collaboration within the group
️ Play a role in shaping future leadership and strategic direction of the practice

Qualifications:

Active membership in the Florida Bar
Minimum 8+ years of real estate law experience
Strong background in both commercial and residential real estate transactions (required)
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in practice development
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in an in-office, collaborative environment (5 days/week)
Portable book of business preferred but not required
