Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney for its Real Estate Finance Group in Stamford, CT. The candidate should possess strong experience in drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents, conducting due diligence, and overseeing closings. Familiarity with mezzanine lending is desirable.
