Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with managing agents to compile and complete all aspect of Cooperative and Condominium audits
- Review company's financial records, such as accounts and payroll ledgers, to ensure that all transactions are accounted for
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Review changes in the company's financial status over time
- Assess risk of material misstatement
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent required
- CPA is considered a plus
- 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience
