Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market in the Pittsburgh Area
• Hungry to grow their real estate business and career
• Proficiency with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Team Player
• Valid real estate license preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales experience in any industry a PLUS
