Pay Range: $25 - $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses
- Complete rights and restriction reviews and permitting requirements as needed
- Research and review real property related documents
- Understand and interpret easement agreements
- Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents
- Compile technical data for the Right of Way project team
- Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers, and real estate coordinators
- Attend and participate in public open houses as requested
- Support client needs as directed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently and as part of a team
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma
- 3+ years of relevant experience with an associate degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and task tracking software
- Ability to work with diverse skill sets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player focused on client service
- Experience with electric facilities or railroads is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Client Earth and construction drawings is preferred but not required
- Designation from IRWA is desirable but not required
- Valid driver’s license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company’s vehicle driving privileges
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located
