The Role: Dispositions Specialist

As a Dispositions Agent, your primary mission is to move assets. You are the bridge between our acquisitions team and our network of investors. You aren't just "waiting for a deal", you are actively building a pipeline, negotiating counters, and ensuring every contract reaches the finish line.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Move Inventory: Draft and submit offers on behalf of our acquisitions team (both MLS and off-market).
• Build Your Network: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of active investors through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Close Deals: Coordinate showings, negotiate pricing, and guide transactions from initial interest to a successful close.
• Manage the Flow: Handle multiple transactions simultaneously with extreme urgency and accuracy.
• Advise Sellers: Utilize our brokerage arm to offer homeowners the best solution, whether it's a cash offer or a traditional listing.

• Licensed: You must hold an active real estate license.

• Communicator: You possess strong written and verbal skills. You can draft professional counter-offers and manage high-level investor relationships.
• Resilient: High energy, growth-minded, and capable of handling the fast-paced "sprint" of the wholesale and investment world.

Requirements

• Proven experience drafting offers, writing counter-offers, and managing listings.
• Ability to work in-office (Long Beach/Fountain Valley) or effectively manage your time remotely.
• A "hustler" mentality with a track record of closing deals.
