Position: Real Estate Practice Reviewer Type:Contract Compensation:$55–$60/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in real estate to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
Review complex real estate tasks for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated real estate tasks and solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Real Estate Sales Agents: Active US state license, 4+ years closing your own transactions.
Property and Community Association Managers:4+ years managing real portfolios or HOAs, including their budgets and reserves.
Real Estate Brokers: Active broker license, 5+ years supervising agents and carrying compliance responsibility.
Counter and Rental Clerks:3+ years in equipment, vehicle, or property rental, handling agreements, deposits, and damage claims.
Near-native business English proficiency.
Comfort with spreadsheets or PDFs for reconciliation.
