Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

The Opportunity:

Our Client is seeking a mid-level/senior commercial real estate finance associate or counsel-level attorney with experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds and/or other regulated or non-regulated lenders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the areas of securitization, syndication and/or participation of commercial mortgage, construction and/or mezzanine loans. Exposure to the representation of commercial real estate developers, owner/operators and borrowers is a plus.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $310,000 to $460,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
