• Graduate from our personalized Agent Launch Program designed to accelerate your development in residential sales, acquisitions, and real estate investing.
• Complete our 86-Day Launch to Greatness, where you'll learn the systems, habits, scripts, lead-generation strategies, and fundamentals needed to build a productive real estate career.
• Learn how to identify and analyze investment opportunities, including off-market properties, fix-and-flips, value-add properties, distressed opportunities, and other niche real estate.
• Write, structure, and negotiate offers on both on-market and off-market properties while developing the negotiation skills needed to compete for investment opportunities.
• Learn to evaluate potential acquisitions using comparable sales, renovation estimates, ARV, acquisition costs, holding costs, and projected profitability.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week, consistently follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into clients and transactions.
• Master our proven prospecting, follow-up, and offer systems to create a consistent pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investment opportunities.
• Execute PLACE lead-generation systems weekly and leverage technology, automation, and database follow-up to maximize conversion.
• Become a student of the real estate and investment business by continually improving your knowledge of the local market, property values, negotiations, financing, and investment strategies.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching, team training, and Partner Calls to continuously improve your skills and performance.
• Track your activities, conversations, appointments, contracts, and closings so you understand the numbers required to reach your production goals.
• Develop strong time-management, follow-up, negotiation, and closing habits that can support a long-term career in real estate.
• Bring grit, consistency, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Real estate is a performance-based business, and this opportunity is designed for professionals who are committed to building a career—not treating real estate as a hobby.

You are a motivated, entrepreneurial real estate professional who is hungry for success and ready to learn the acquisition and investment side of the business. You excel at building rapport, understanding clients' needs, identifying opportunities, and creating solutions.

You aren't afraid to prospect, follow up, negotiate, or overcome objections. You're a strong communicator, highly accountable, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Most importantly, you want more from your real estate career than simply earning commissions. You're passionate about helping clients build wealth through real estate while developing the knowledge and experience to build wealth for yourself and your family.

• ACTIVE CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED
• 2+ years of real estate sales experience preferred
• Willing and able to work from the office 3 or more days per week
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, follow-up, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in real estate investing, acquisitions, and property flipping
• Learning-based, coachable, and receptive to accountability
• Comfortable negotiating and overcoming objections
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve measurable goals
• Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with agents, investors, lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals
• Prior experience with investment properties, acquisitions, fix-and-flips, or working with real estate investors is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
