About Reafco Reafco is an investment-focused real estate brokerage specializing in single-family and multifamily residential properties throughout Ohio. Our agents work with investors and homeowners across multiple markets while developing long-term market knowledge and transaction expertise.
Position Overview We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in working within a production-based environment focused on residential and investment properties.
In this role, you will:- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
- Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Analyze properties using market data and investment metrics
- Attend property walkthroughs, inspections, and due diligence processes
- Build long-term client relationships
This role is suited for professionals who are comfortable in a commission-based environment and interested in developing expertise in residential and investment real estate.
Qualifications- Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a performance-based role
- Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required
- Interest in residential and investment-focused real estate
