OC Home Buyers is looking for a hunter.

We're looking for a sales professional who loves the chase: someone who can pick up the phone, make the call, build the relationship, negotiate the deal, and get it across the finish line.

This isn't a passive account-management position.

You'll be responsible for selling real estate investment opportunities to buyers and investors, building a network of repeat buyers, and turning our inventory into revenue.

If you're the type of salesperson who doesn't wait for the phone to ring, is comfortable making outbound calls, networking, following up relentlessly, and finding a way to get the deal done, we want to talk to you.

Your job is to take those opportunities, find the right buyers, create urgency, negotiate, and close.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Build and own your own investor/buyer network
• Make outbound calls and create new relationships
• Network with real estate investors, agents, brokers, and other industry professionals
• Negotiate directly with buyers
• Sell investment properties and move deals from contract to close
• Develop repeat buyers who come back to you deal after deal
• Take ownership of your pipeline and results
• Earn significant income based on what you produce

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a self-starter and independent salesperson.

You should be someone who:

• Has a proven track record of sales success
• Is comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Knows how to network and build relationships from scratch
• Is persistent with follow-up
• Is confident negotiating and asking for the sale
• Can create urgency without being pushy
• Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Is highly competitive and motivated by results
• Can manage your own pipeline and priorities
• Is comfortable talking with investors, business owners, agents, and high-level decision makers
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Real estate, investment sales, wholesale, or investor-network experience is a major plus, but we're more interested in your ability to sell than your job title.

Compensation

$80,000–$100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
