Real Estate Investments AssociateReporting to senior investment and portfolio leadership, the Real Estate Investments Associate will help evaluate performance, execute strategic initiatives, and support portfolio management activities across a diversified industrial portfolio.Build and maintain financial models used for investment analysis, portfolio management, business plan execution, and strategic decision-making.Analyze asset and portfolio performance against underwriting assumptions, budgets, and long-term investment objectives.Support portfolio-level capital allocation decisions, hold-sell analyses, refinancing initiatives, and debt management activities.Assist in evaluating acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and other strategic investment opportunities.Analyze leasing transactions, tenant scenarios, and operating performance to assess impacts on property cash flow and valuation.Prepare reporting, presentations, and investment materials for internal leadership, lenders, capital partners, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with asset management, accounting, property operations, and capital markets teams to improve portfolio performance and execute business plans.Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in portfolio-level decision making while also supporting asset-specific initiatives that drive value creation across the platform. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.For the Real Estate Investments Associate we are seeking:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.2-5 years of commercial real estate experience.Prior experience within real estate private equity, investment management, asset management, portfolio management, development, acquisitions, or capital markets.Strong preference for candidates with industrial real estate experience, although experience across other institutional asset classes will be considered.Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling skills with the ability to evaluate investments and portfolio performance.Experience with Argus is a plus but not required.Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior investment professionals and company leadership.Institutional-quality approach to analysis, reporting, and investment decision support.What's on Offer:Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000Target annual bonus: 20% - 30%Opportunity to work across investments, portfolio management, and asset management functions.Direct exposure to senior leadership and key investment decisions.Broad experience spanning acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing analysis, and portfolio strategy.Strong long-term career progression within a growing real estate investment platform.High-visibility role with meaningful responsibility from day one.Job summary:SectorReal EstateSub SectorAcquisitions / DisposalsIndustryPropertyWhereHoustonContract TypePermanentJob Reference JN-082026-7076117
