The firm's Cleveland office is seeking to hire an experienced real estate attorney with at least 4 years of experience in construction contracts.
Experience with real estate development, large capital projects, and sophisticated construction disputes is highly valued, including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract matters, and payment disputes. Candidates should bring strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and research skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
