Desired Background:

• 2+ years of real estate experience; transactional or litigation
• Litigation, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, loan documents
• Knowledge of Land Use/Environmental law is great
• Represent institutional lenders, purchasers and landlords
• Top law school and big firm experience is a plus
• Admitted to Georgia bar
