The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate law, contract management, and corporate governance.Key Responsibilities:Review, draft, and organize legal and real estate documentation related to acquisitions, sales, and financing.Conduct due diligence for property transactions, including title searches and review of legal encumbrances.Assistattorneys with legal research, document preparation, and transactional support.Maintain and organize corporate and property-related legal files, ensuring accessibility and proper record-keeping.Support corporate governance efforts by preparing resolutions, managing entity filings, andmaintainingrecords.Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as directed by management to ensure smooth business operations.Qualifications:Associate's orBachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or related field (paralegal certification preferred)1–3 years of experience in real estate law, property management, or a legal department within a real estate companyProficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with legal or real estate databases preferredSkills:Strong attention to detail and ability toidentifyinconsistencies in documentationExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalismAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
