The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients—public agencies, private property owners, or businesses—in disputes involving real property rights and interests. This attorney will join a team that handles a wide range of matters including:Breach of lease and rent disputesEasement and boundary disputesQuiet title actionsTitle insurance and foreclosure-related litigationPremises liability and habitability claims involving property owners and management companiesMatters overlapping with public agency litigation, such as dangerous condition of public property claims requiring analysis of ownership and easement interestsThis position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact real estate and property-related cases while collaborating with attorneys across the firm's public agency and real estate practice groups. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 5 or more years of experience is $137,000 - $195,000.
