This is a non‑equity partner role with a clear, transparent path to equity (where partners earn seven figures) at a firm that values breadth, substance, and entrepreneurial drive.What will you be doing?Leading complex commercial real estate litigation matters involving acquisitions, financing, title disputes, and high‑value property transactions (think $200M+ deals)Working closely with the firm's real estate practice group to handle disputes that require deep knowledge of underlying real estate lawManaging cases from inception through resolution – including substantive motions, discovery, and trialBuilding and developing client relationships with the goal of growing your own book of business over timeCollaborating in‑office with partners and associates to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm cultureKey RequirementsBroad real estate litigation experience – not just one niche (must have touched acquisitions, financing, title issues, and commercial disputes)Sophistication of matters handled – high‑value commercial real estate disputes, not just residential or small transactionsWilling to work in‑office 4 days per week at the firm's Los Angeles locationActive California bar membership with impeccable writing (typos or grammatical errors are fatal)Substantive depth – must be able to answer detailed questions about your actual work product without deflecting#J-18808-Ljbffr
