Pay: $150,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year

Location

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agoura Hills, California. Candidates must be able to work in the office and travel to courts as needed.

Note

Candidates must have an active California Bar license, strong litigation experience, and the ability to manage court appearances, motion practice, pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation. Real estate litigation, landlord-tenant, eviction, collections, or related property litigation experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, conferences, and related litigation proceedings.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, manage case strategy, and support trial work.
• Handle landlord-tenant, eviction, collections, real estate litigation, and business dispute matters.
• Work directly with clients to provide practical legal advice, case updates, and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently and deliver strong client outcomes.
• Analyze facts, documents, leases, contracts, title issues, and other litigation materials.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a busy litigation environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license required.
• 4+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Real estate litigation, landlord-tenant, eviction, collections, or property dispute experience strongly preferred.
• Strong motion drafting, pleading, court appearance, deposition, and litigation case management skills.
• Trial preparation or trial experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Agoura Hills and travel to courts as needed.
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and client-service skills.
