We are looking for a Real Estate Loan Administrator in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on securing the accuracy and compliance of our real estate transactions from loan approval to funding. By meticulously reviewing due diligence-including surveys, title reports, and settlement statements-and partnering directly with borrowers, attorneys, and closing agents, you will safeguard bank policies and drive a seamless transition from loan closure to active disbursement.

Essential Functions:

• Loan Documentation and Covenant Review for accuracy between Credit Presentation and CreditLead/nCino
• Maintain Files for loan documents for all active & new loans
• CreditLead/nCino New Transaction Input and updates
• Collection and management of Due Diligence documents for new transactions
• Monitor and maintain Reg B Compliance for new transactions
• Coordinate Loan Closings, manage loan document collection and distribution in conjunction with Loan Closers
• Perform post-close checks for accuracy, clearing exceptions prior to first draw
• May assist with clearing of Reporting Covenants to ensure loan compliance
• Process fees related to canceled/withdrawn loans, good faith deposits, etc.
• Submit Third Party Report requests for bids/services, working with Appraisal, Environmental and Construction Risk Departments to obtain and upload necessary information

Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4+ years of residential and commercial loan processing, documentation or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Basic knowledge of lending procedures, documentation and systems.
• Limited use and/or application of basic Real Estate loan administration principles, theories, and concepts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational, problem solving and analysis skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Requires good time management skills. Knowledge of compliance with federal and state regulations pertaining to the banking industry.
• Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
• Personal computer skills including MS Office, including word processing, spreadsheets.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $82,000 - $108,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
