Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers Type:Contract Compensation:$70–$110/hour Location:Remote Duration:4–6 weeks Commitment:20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated property operating budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, and association governance documents for quality and accuracy.
Compare AI-generated responses based on financial soundness, regulatory and lease compliance, and operational feasibility.
Review scenarios involving tenant and owner relations, rent collection, vendor contracts, capital improvements, and association board matters. Provide expert feedback.
Leverage real-world expertise in operating and maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Manage community associations.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
4+ years of experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Community Association Manager, HOA Manager, Leasing Manager, or another closely related property or association management role.
Experience planning, directing, or coordinating the leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate properties or community associations.
Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal
Task-based payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
