1st Global Realty is seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Real Estate Manager to oversee daily real estate operations, manage property transactions, support agents, and ensure exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to develop business opportunities while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate office.
  • Lead, mentor, and support real estate agents to achieve sales and performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase property sales, listings, and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity to provide strategic guidance.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and company policies.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and transaction documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, property promotions, and client engagement campaigns.
  • Manage property listings and ensure accurate and timely updates across marketing platforms.
  • Resolve client concerns and provide outstanding customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and operational updates for leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Active Real Estate License (required if applicable by state regulations).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property management.
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and transaction processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and real estate software platforms.
