Real Estate multifamily operator

Task International, a growing family-owned real estate company, is seeking a full-time Regional Manager / Head of Operations to run our multifamily apartment portfolio. Our buildings are located throughout the greater Los Angeles area, and our main office is in Beverly Hills. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced multifamily operator who is ready to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and grow alongside our company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of a multifamily apartment portfolio across the Los Angeles area
• Schedule, train, and manage on-site managers, maintenance staff, and vendors
• Manage marketing, leasing, and unit turnover to maintain high occupancy
• Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, and enforcement of lease terms
• Ensure full compliance with Los Angeles landlord/tenant laws and rent regulations
• Prepare and manage budgets, reporting, and operational metrics for ownership
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and vendor contracts

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in multifamily property management and operations
• Fluency in AppFolio property management software (required)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• In-depth knowledge of Los Angeles landlord/tenant laws and regulations
• Proven experience managing employees, on-site managers, and vendors
• Solid background in marketing, leasing, and rent collections
