Responsibilities: • Manage and draft email responses based on verbal direction. • Organize digital files and maintain systems for efficiency. • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments. • Execute tasks and projects on request to support operations. • Provide occasional phone support to ensure smooth client communication. • Follow up and track progress on tasks to keep the team leader focused. Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Fluent English communication, comfortable on the phone and via email. • Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly. • Flexible availability (full/part-time) with weekends. • Problem-solving mindset with initiative to tackle tasks independently. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Compensation: $36,000 - $50,000 yearly
