Position Overview:

The firm is seeking a Collections Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This position regularly handles transactional matters related to real estate, corporate, and contract law. Attorney should enjoy significant client contact and public speaking. Extremely competitive benefits package, including health, disability, and retirement.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing or advising cities, municipalities, or other governmental organizations in civil matters.

• Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in TN.

• Commitment to client service and team collaboration
